Deans
Each year level is overseen by two Deans who follow the cohort through from Year 9 to Year 13.
The key role of a dean is to proactively foster the pastoral and academic care of their students; to initiate programmes that support students to be the best they can be; to work closely with Mentor Teachers, Heads of Departments, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Careers and Transition staff ; and to set high expectations of attitude, behaviour, achievement and participation within the year group.
Year-level deans are located in the Deans' Centre. Students are able to make appointments to meet with their dean with the Dean's Secretary, Mrs Jill Wheeler whose office is located at the entrance to the Centre.
