Description

• College Sport Wellington has a Bowls Development Officer who focuses on making bowls fun and friendly for students Competitions are played at Massey Avenue Bowling Club in Woburn (a short 10-minute walk from Hutt Valley High School)
• Teams play in pairs in Term 1 (Years 9-13)
• Participants play singles, pairs or triples depending on numbers present on the day in Term 4
• Bowls competitions are played on Thursdays afternoons from 4:00-5:00pm in the Interschool Hutt Valley Competition
• No experience is required

• Hutt Bowling Club, 6 Myrtle Street, Hutt Central, Lower Hutt

Competition Key Dates

• Have A Go Event on Thursday 13 February 2025 (venue and time to be confirmed)

• College Sport Wellington (CSW) Term 1 Competition starts on Thursday 20 February 2025

• CSW Championships, Tuesday 1 April 2025 (venue and time to be confirmed)

• CSW) Term 4 Competition starts on Thursday 16 October 2025

• CSW Junior Tournament, 18 November 2025 (venue and time to be confirmed)

• HVHS Sport/PE Shirt, black Shorts, flat soled shoes

• Sports footwear – flat soled

• Bowls are provided by the club
