Cost
$280.00 Additional costs per event/tournament costs are charged if a student is selected to attend a regional and national competitions e.g. entry fees, transport and accommodation (if applicable).
1st X1 Boys and Girls team travel to NZSSC during Winter tournament week – approx cost per student $1,000. Fundraising is advised and can be organised through a parent group.
Description
Teams play weekdays after school and evenings depending on grades.
Teams train on the turf and play around the Wellington region during Terms 2 & 3.

Game Venue
Fraser Park, Elsdon, Porirua, Maidstone or National Hockey Stadium turfs.
1st XI teams playing in premier grades may also play at Clareville Turf, Wairarapa.
Uniform
Team uniform is provided.
A hire charge of $30 (shirt/skirt/shorts)
Equipment
Students must have their own stick, mouth guard, shin pads and footwear suitable for playing on turf.
Goalies are required to play with protective gear at all times. Goalie gear can be supplied by the school if required.
Training
Monday after school at Fraser Park Turf.
Boys’ 1st X1 – Mondays – time to be confirmed.
Girls’ 1st X1 – Mondays – time to be confirmed.
Students are required to arrange their own transport to trainings.
