Description
HVHS has a U18 and a U15 Girls Rugby Team. Depending on player numbers HVHS may combine with other local colleges to play in the College Sport Wellington competition.
Played on Wednesdays after school.
Competition Key Dates
U15 starts from 7 May 2025 with finals on 25 June 2025
U18 starts from 16 July 2025 with finals on 6 August 2025
Venues
Grading will be at HVHS or at a college in the Wellington region
Uniform& Equipment
Playing jerseys will be provided.
Rugby socks and shorts can be purchased from the Resource Centre.
Students must provide their own suitable footwear and mouthguard.
Mouthguards are mandatory (the team’s sponsor kindly donates mouthguards to all girls who play for HVHS).
