| Costs | - Costs are charged per event/tournament, e.g. entry fees, transport and accommodation (if applicable).
- Registration payments for one-off events are due by the tournament entry deadline.

| Events | - Individuals with swimming experience have the opportunity to compete in the College Sport Wellington (CSW) finals and relays.
- Other events advertised in the Daily Notices throughout the year.

| Competition Key Dates | - CSW Individual Championships and Huia Cup Relays – Huia Pool, Lower Hutt or Te Ngaengae Pool (Naenae) – to be confirmed, 12 June 2026.
|
| Venues | - Huia Pool, Te Ngaengae Pool (Naenae Pool), and other Wellington aquatic centres.
|
| Uniform | - Black swimwear and own goggles.
- HVHS branded swimming caps can be purchased from the Resource Centre.
|
| Trainings | - Swimmers own personal programme and/or club schedule.
|
